Lost in the dense history of New Balance models, the 755 SL-1 is one you don't hear about or see very often, but it certainly has its appeal.

Gray and black piping segment the smooth white leather and mesh that comprise the majority of the upper. Royal blue accents, Abzorb gel units on the heel and outer midsole, and 3M hits on the toe box and outer heel, add some subtle pop and contrast to this intricate model.

From a technical standpoint, SL-1 is part of the Last System and stands for Straight Last. SL is traditionally meant for running or walking activity, and offers standard heel width, instep height, toe box height and forefoot width.
